On the 9th Dispatch reported that Hyeme was accused of fraud. According to Dispatch, Mr. A got acquainted with Hyeme in April of last year through social media, and then borrowed 5 million won (£3,379.76 /4,474.69 USD) for housekeeping reasons, Mr. A said she borrowed a total of 50 million won for reasons such as accommodation deposit, monthly rent and living expenses, but he claims that she stopped contacting without repaying him. He also provided conversations and credit card details as evidence and also said that there wasn't any sexual relationship between them.
On the 10th DR official said they as well as Hyeme will be taking legal actions against him for defamation, intimidation and sexual harassment due to the spread of malicious false information. DR official also apologised to the fans and said that the Mr. A claims are extremely distorted and excessively inflated.
Hyeme also said that they did meet through SNS and Mr. A provided the 5 million won voluntarily and the amount borrowed after that was 1.2 million won (£810.46 /1,073.80 USD), not tens of thousands of won, as the complaint alleges. She said he invaded her privacy by coming to her house without contacting her first and she intended to pay him back the 5 million won after November but avoided contacting him because he continuously asked her for sexual favours. She went on to say that she will correct all the false accusations with facts through legal suit.
DR also revealed that Hyeme's contract ended on the 7th of November and was going to leave the group after the promotion of the album 'Tonight' ends, and although they're not obligated to they will actively help Hyeme with the lawsuit. It was also revealed that Blackswan would be temporarily suspending their activities on the 11th.
